We supply distributors, importers and private-label programmes. 304 stainless steel body, POM handle parts, two spray patterns, flow adjustable from 0.65 to 1.15 GPM — and a lever clip that locks the water on, so the dish crew keeps both hands free.
If you do not know your thread, ask us before you order. 7/8”-20 UNEF is the US commercial standard and has nothing in common with household plumbing. Sending you the wrong head costs us both more than the answer does.
We manufacture sanitary ware in several categories — kitchen faucets, shower panels, sensor faucets and shower niches among them. This site is deliberately about one of them.
Trade buyers do not need another supplier who does everything adequately. They need the pre-rinse head to fit, to last, and to arrive when we said it would.
Each row is a failure we have seen in this category, next to the specific thing we did about it. None of it needs a marketing department to verify: every line below is either a part you can see in our own photographs, or a step written into our process.
| The usual complaint | What we do instead |
|---|---|
| “The spray only stays on while somebody holds it.” | A metal lever clip locks the spray open. One thumb, not two hands — the single point our own buyers raise against other designs. |
| “When you let go, it keeps dripping.” | The handle releases to a full stop. Let go and the water shuts off cleanly, rather than trailing off over the floor. |
| “Plastic inside a commercial kitchen.” | 304 stainless steel for the metal parts — including the internals, which you can see in our exploded view rather than take on trust. |
| “Scale builds up and the whole head is scrap.” | The spray face unscrews. Soak it, descale it, put it back — instead of replacing a part that still works. |
| “It arrived and would not fit the riser.” | We confirm the inlet thread in writing before an order moves, and quote it back to you, so the specification both sides hold is the same one. |
| “Changing the hose means tools and a ladder.” | A snap ring connects or removes the hose by hand. No tools, no downtime while somebody finds a spanner. |
| “No backflow protection on the unit.” | A back check valve is built into the standard unit, not sold as an accessory. |
This is the whole programme rather than a selection from it: five heads on their own, six head-and-hose assemblies, three replacement hoses. The model numbers are the ones printed on our own packaging, and every photograph below is the product itself.
No hose and no adapters — for kitchens that already have a riser and a hose in place.
Supplied with a 38” or 45” hose and three adapters: 7/8” to 1/2” garden hose, 7/8” to M22×1, and 7/8” to 3/4” commercial faucet.
Both ends female 7/8”-20 UNEF, for commercial sink faucets. Not for NPT.
Working on a market that needs a different inlet, a different finish or your own marking? That is the private-label conversation — and it starts with the thread, as everything here does.
Every return in this category traces back to a specification nobody checked. That is why our first reply to a new inquiry is usually a question, not a quotation — and why we tell buyers up front that a commercial pre-rinse head will not fit a household faucet, and that no adapter will make it fit.
Achelous has been manufacturing sanitary ware in Wenzhou, Zhejiang since 2000. The pre-rinse spray head is the line we have chosen to put our name on.
Send the model, the finish and the quantity you have in mind. If we are not the right factory for it, we will say so.
